AI Besties provides educational and informational content only. Nothing we provide constitutes legal,
financial, tax, medical, or professional advice. You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and results
2) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use our Services.
3) Intellectual Property
All materials provided by AI Besties including PDFs, prompts, templates, videos, text, graphics, and training content are owned by AI Besties and protected by intellectual property laws. You may download and use resources for your personal business use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publish, or share our materials outside your own use; provide paid materials to non-paying individuals; or claim our materials as your own.
4) Free Resources (Lead Magnets)
When you download a free resource, you receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal use only.
5) Event Registration & Third-Party Platforms
If you register or purchase through third-party platforms (example: Eventbrite), your purchase may also be subject to the third party’s terms and policies. AI Besties is not responsible for outages or platform issues outside our control.
6) Payments, Refunds, and All Sales Final
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our trainings and resources, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
7) Replay Policy
Replays are included for VIP and Platinum ticket holders only, as described at checkout. AI Besties
reserves the right to determine replay availability window and delivery method.
8) Rescheduling and Access
AI Besties may reschedule a live session due to emergencies, technical issues, or unforeseen
circumstances. If rescheduled, your access remains valid for the new date/time. You are responsible for your internet connection and equipment needed to attend.
9) Community Guidelines (If Applicable)
If you participate in any AI Besties community (including social groups), you agree to be respectful and
professional. Spam, harassment, hateful content, or unauthorized promotion may result in removal and/or
loss of access without refund
10) Testimonials and User Submissions
If you share feedback, comments, or testimonials, you grant AI Besties permission to use them for
marketing (without compensation), unless you request otherwise in writing.
11) No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, earnings, leads, or business results. Results vary based on effort, implementation, industry, and market condition
12) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Besties is not liable for indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages. If AI Besties is found liable for any claim, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to AI Besties for the Service in question.
13) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Besties from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.
14) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Services if you violate these Terms or misuse our materials.
15) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law
principles.
